Meagan Lynn Miller practices family law in the New Orleans office of Howard and Reed. Her unusually wide scope of legal experience equips her to navigate the varied challenges of family law.
Prior to joining the firm, she was General Attorney, Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Oakdale, Louisiana where she represented the government as well as providing litigation support to the U.S. Attorneys offices.
As Associate Attorney with a Shreveport law firm, Meagan worked in many areas of the legal process covering issues of civil rights, oil, gas and mineral leases, successions, family law and pro bono defense of juveniles.
Her family law experience included top to bottom involvement from maintaining client case files, research and preparation of court documents to walking pleadings through for judges’ signatures.
